Refund policy

The Unbroken Promise

30 days. If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what our page shows, email hello@oremusjewelry.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We refund you to your original payment method within 5 working days of your email. You don't send anything back.

One year. If your piece breaks within a year of delivery, email us a photo. A new one ships free. You don't send the broken one back.

The gifts are yours to keep, whatever happens: the prayer card, the guides, the audio prayers and the novena.

What isn't covered. A piece that is lost after delivery, and wear from ordinary use that doesn't stop the piece being worn. If a piece is lost, write to us anyway: we'll make the next one easy.

Digital items (A Prayer Written for Him) are refunded on request within 30 days if they haven't reached you as described.

Shipping protection is refunded if you cancel your order before it ships.
