Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.

Where it ships from. Your piece is made and shipped by our partner workshop in China, tracked to your door.

How long it takes. 5-10 working days. You get a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves. The prayer card, the guides and the audio prayers come by email the day you order.

What's in the parcel. Your piece in a simple pouch. There is no gift box yet and no printed card: the prayer card comes by email, sized to print at home.

Shipping protection ($3.50, offered in the cart, optional). If a protected parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we send a new one free. Without it, write to us and we'll help with the carrier.
